Moving from a 2016 Tacoma trd sport to 2018 Tundra trd offroad. Hoping to get onto a Tundra forum. Is there a similiar forum to this one.

Probably not. This one is pretty active. Congrats on bailing.

Congrats and Welcome to the Big ol Tundy club :D

Tundras.com is the brother site to this one. Its moderately active at best, thus why you still see me hanging round here.

Having been a member of multiple other forums, I can say without without hesitation there is no other forum like this one. F150 & Ram forums are active, but a mess organizationally. The people here are inventive and for the most part, helpful. I'm glad I came back to owning a Tacoma as this forum is a great place.

I found that out buying a Subaru for my wife about 6 or 7 years back. Logged onto the most popular forum with a question thinking I'd have an answer in a few minutes. 4 days later someone chimed in with absolutely terrible advice. A bump a week later, still nothing. Question never answered.

Nice truck. They look pretty good once you pop those chrome grilles off.

For about 4-600 depending where you buy you can buy color matched grille and hood bulge

I just traded in my 2013 Rock Warrior, which I had gotten from my trade in of my 2009 ACMT Taco with TRD sc. I liked the Tundra, but it was so big that I never really drove it around town unless I was pulling my boat to the ramp. Other than that I just drove my car. Now I drive my Taco all the time. Which reminds me, I need to go drive the car around so the battery doesn't die...

    Here’s a gem from tundras.com

This guy wants to ferry his rig to Juneau alaska and then set out on an overland adventure across the state. if you know anything about Juneau you know why this is dumb.

He also wants to ‘wheel’ on an ice burg.

Also, I’d love to see him ‘overland’ across tussocks and muskeg. Likely he’ll stay on the highways like the thousands of retired people in their RVs.

Have fun with your new ‘special’ friends

I wonder if he’s looked at a map yet and realized there’s no roads in or out of Juneau, or that pretty much his entire trip will be on paved roads with services at fairly regular intervals. Alaska’s road system doesn’t really take you anywhere all that remote because roads can’t be built to those kinds of places. That guy needs to buy a nice boat or plane to take up there and then he can see some real offgrid remote stuff.
