    I have been to Hollister many times with my dirt bikes.
    It's not that great for 4x4.

    Go to pismo.

    If you end up solo it should not be to hard to meet other offroaders.

    Bring a fishing pole too.

    I've been to hollister plenty as well and its plenty fun with 4x4s. I'm not just gonna cruise to Pismo by myself, I set this up to try to get some TWs together, but...yeah.

    I know. I flippin' hate it too because it makes me miss all kinds of events. And it's not just the TW organized stuff I miss. All kinds of events with buds and a local car club also. I can only wish I had more time.

    Just wait til you do the bonzen ones. The stock ones are difficult as fuck to remove because the design is built in mind to basically never have to worry about the stock ones needing replacement. Even with access to almost any tool needed for any job, I had a total bitch of a time putting them in. Once the stocks are out and the new ones are going in it's not too bad, but even then, putting in the fasteners and lining the mounts back up to the frame holes takes some serious work as well. It looks easy, but it is not.
