No exit for 27. The last 50 exit closest to 27 in clermont is Oakland/winter garden, then 16 miles to the next one I think which is the villages. Can't remember the exit number, but as soon as you exit go left on 50 and it's right there on your left. If everyone is good with that let's set a time. Then we can cruise on out hopefully without rain. :-/

Thats for twin stick, right? Front stick is for normal high low and the rear4.7 stick would be the crawl box, right? uba6y3uj_4be04e9416f146a7fea64b0fa79aec43b2813f55.jpg

Yeah that's for a twin stick and I haven't used one but that's what I would assume

I'm just guessing, but I'd say the back one works just like a normal t-case. The front one is for when you want to crawl in ultra-low range.

    Just gussets... everywhere

I'd look under the truck. Just cause the sticks are like that doesn't mean that the tcases are in that order

It'd be a reasonable assumption that the 4WD t-case is in the back. Otherwise, when you shifted the rear case to low range, you'd only be shifting the rear end to low range while the front end stays at a higher ratio. That said, it's not so much a worry with Toy cases that have the shifter going directly into the t-case, but other t-cases with cable or linkage operated shifters (NP205, Atlas--I think--for example) you could end up with the forward shifter actuating the rear case (although I don't know why someone would do it that way).

Hard to see but looks like the crawl box up front and tcase in the rear. The case should be the 2.28 and the box should be 4.70. Being that 2.28 is the normal ratio in the case and people normally buy 4.7 gears to regear there tcase if they dont have a double set up. asysytyp_d056d399cfa49b6108a8785545f343f5d0c73f26.jpg

Ball joint spacers and lift blocks, am I doing it right?
This explains the operation and available gear ratios. I just wonder if there any rules that you must follow? For example would it be harmful to have the front box in 2wd and the rear in 4 lo? Are there things you shouldn't do like dump the clutch in lo lo?

I have a feeling dumping the clutch in lo lo might be harmful to a driveshaft or axles.

But shit at this point im not sure if the truck is gonna happen. I told the guy I was gonna buy it and asked him for a day to come get it and now I havent heard anything from him. Hope hes not backing out.

Cool, so your getting rid of the 5100's up front?
You can come out & save that stuff for later. If I wasn't like 2 hrs away I'd give you a hand but you've got plenty of good help over there.
