    well...by next Citrus meet we have (the big one) I should have 35s, winch/bumper/locker...and seriously hoping for it....the 4x4 swap :cool: we'll see how things play out before then hehe

    Yeah, you know I'm a Ford guy, but I'm glad you didn't. Too big and heavy for the wheelin' we do. That, and unless someone SAS'd it already, you be dealing with that TTB front-end. I was never a fan of that design although it is a lot more robust than a majority of other IFS axles.

    That's no lie. I ran 38" Swampers on my 89 F150 TTB and never even phased it. It's just a pain in the arse to lift one and when the springs start to sag, it badly throws your camber angles off. That, and it doesn't even give you the benefit of extra ground clearance like other IFS axles do. It's pretty much the same as a straight axle clearance-wise.

    Probably sometime this week. I got some projects to work on and then I want to get the truck cleaned up so I don't get dirt and crap in the innards when I start disassembling stuff. :(

    Sounds good, yea def get her all cleaned up. I'm sure all that grease from the boots collected a fair amount of sand that's sticking to the underside.

    Would be better than what you have, but they'd be better still if you got them with at the most 17s. That way when you air down, you can at least get some deflection. :D
