Um, the LightForce Genesis are 4 million candlepower per light in an 8 1/2" housing. I don't think a Kragen even comes close to that output. The older model LightForce 240s put out 1 million candlepower each and were 10".

 

Sorry bout that folks. My lights weren't actually in stock at Sierra Expeditions, and I didn't have anything to work on or to be able to help with. Plus, I couldn't justify a 120 mile roundtrip drive to sit out in the heat for hours when I would have been totally useless and had nothing to work on. Also, had to pick up the g/f's son from a camping trip he got back from Saturday, so somebody had to be here and she had to work.

Well, on a good note I did make use of the weekend to find a new house. 67th Ave and Jomax, so at least I'll be alot closer to some of y'all by end of next month.

Well I know from experience the kragens put out more light than the light force 240's

And you should ditch the genesis an wait for the fyre light? I think it's called

 

The Genesis are brand new, only in the states for a couple weeks.

What are these Fyre Lights of which you speak? I googled and saw Fyre Flys which are LED fog lamps.

Anyways, I went to SierraExpeditions on Friday to get the Genesis and they only had their demo units available in the spot lamp config. Will put them on order so I should hopefully have them for install this weekend.

Those are pretty hot. Looks like the 24v setup is just slightly less than the 12v output of the Genesis though. I'll talk to Will about them and see what he thinks. I don't think he's physically seen/tested them out yet though, and I wonder what the price points are.

 

yea he has a pair, he had an issue with the interchangeable lens is the only reason he isnt selling them yet

Hey guys anyone see my wheel chocks?
Two big hunks of rubber with a rope tied to them.
I split early and they were still being used so I figured I would catch them later.

They are black rubber with a yellow stripe on one side and Cport on the other tied together with a rope.
If anyone knows where they ended up let me know.
