Oy, tough room. If it was, we'd be doing it wrong. Scott and I have both invested a ton of time and money over the past two years because this is something we're passionate about. We've arrived at what we believe is the best product we could possibly offer. Haven't made a penny yet. If I wanted to make a quick buck by screwing a bunch of people I'd be a televangelist. Or a million other things.

Holy crap I absolutely NEED this! :taco: :transformer:

    ...well I definitely want this...:pout:

Lol, that's a sexy lookin' camper but I paid less than that for my truck!

Being 100% Nomex Kevlar and Carbon I'm sure production costs are high, but I doubt many here can justify much more than 5k for for a niche product. 15k plus shipping seems insane!

Hell of a design though. Gonna stay a pipe dream for me though unfortunately.

    Hi All,

Apologies for the lag, we've been busy touring the west with the prototype for the last month, and spending a ton of time on the back end for the web store as we gear up for the pre-order launch (later this week). If you haven't seen our informational short, here it is on youtube:

To kick things off, we will be rolling out a limited pre-order, offering early buyers up to 20% discount on both the tailored composite and carbon fiber version. The reason for keeping the initial production run small (~20 units) is to ensure we nail down our process effectively and efficiently, and don't over-promise and under-deliver.

The MSRP for the tailored composite Leentu Camper will be $10,295, and the carbon fiber version will be $13,995. We will be taking deposits to allow customers to get in the cue, then request the balance due at the completion of the mold fabrication phase (Q3 2018), when we actually begin manufacturing. The pre-order site will have a bunch more info in the form of a dense FAQ section, so we welcome you to sign up for our newsletter at leentu.com and we will give you a heads up as soon as we push that live.

This camper shell looks pretty awesome, but Leentu, you guys have some serious competition priced far lower.

I do wish you luck on this product, it looks pretty damn cool, and the more options are out there, the better it is for all of us.
