    2009 Tacoma TRD Off Road
    Customized System One Ladder Rack, SmittyBilt XL RTT
    Hey everyone,

    Been lurking for a while since buying my Tacoma 18 months ago. Starting to get to the point where I feel I can contribute.

    I'm running a 2009 TRD Off Road. I bought the truck for kayaking and camping, with the occasional Home Depot run.

    Here is a picture of my setup. [​IMG]



    I bought a System One ladder rack off an F250 and chopped it down to size, replacing most of the hardware with hitch pins for easy breakdown.

    The Rooftop tent is a Smittybilt Overlander XL. It's in the garage awaiting a new canopy support bar thanks to a brutal thunderstorm on Assateague Island this past spring.

    I'm looking forward to a few small projects this fall. Namely, replacing the headunit, removing the plastics in the backseat for storage capacity, and an overhead gun rack. Maybe a coat of Plasti-dip on the wheels, but we'll see.
