    Those rectangular holes above the wheels in the bed....what are they for?

    Extra storage or cubby holes. I think Toyota started doing away with them.

    I think they stopped putting them in after '08. My '13 doesn't have them.

    I remember my '09 had them as well as the ones with the covers at the rear. I don't think my '11 had them though.

    The worst part of those little cubby holes is every time I load up my bed with horse manure, it ends up packed in those holes, with me having to eventually clean them out by hand. :(

    That’s my broken fishing lure holder. Anyone who decides to get handsy would be in for a pricking surprise... Probably should clean it out though as some have started to rust

    Never really found a good answer.. My 2012 has them, but Ive seen 2011s and 2013s without them :notsure:

    they are holding my crab snares at the moment... Well for the last few years. They are $10 each. Nobody has stolen them yet...
