I was the same way, I have a shell and it sagged so I put in AAL's. Nope, as funny as it sounds with camping gear ect. it still sagged and now my OME Dakar CS047R Leaf packs are awesome,
Great support on and off road.

I say leaf packs if you are going to keep your Taco it is worth the investment.Tacocapforest3.jpg

I concur. If I was hauling the stuff you guys are I'd for sure be using something like the U402 springs. I'm only running some camping gear for two once a month or so.

How much rake you have? I have Bilsteins 1.5” up front and wheelers aal 1.5” in rear. I have about 1.25” or so rake. Ride is fine. Imo aal is fine they also make a 2” aal. Just my opinion

Love your idea with the no overload and see how it goes. Sadly I have no experience with that. But yes I did the single AAL and i would not recommend it.

Exactly. You have a lot more weight. OP doesn't so full pack will likely ride like shit.

Haven't done it yet, but that's my plan based on the recommendation of my local 4x4 shop.
