    Variable speed wiper switch
Greetings. Found this forum a while ago, but didn't have anything to post. So I didn't. What a thought.

I recently encountered a rainstorm--fairly rare this year. Became intensely aggravated with the two-speed wipers in a not very heavy fall. Contacted the dealer to find out if variable speed can be retro fitted to the truck. Of course not, says he. Not standard equipment on that model.

So, searched this forum, found a marvelously detailed 'how-to.' along with sources for the 'wrong' switch. Ordered switch, got it, took about 20 minutes, being *extremely* careful. Now the Toy has variable speed wipers, and my wife and I are happy campers.

Thanks a bunch, glad to be here.
    Bob
