You can get a 4cyl 2WD SR5 in Hawaii in whatever color you want for a lot less cash, and it'll serve you just as well as this one.

Hell you can get this same exact truck in Hawaii minus the badges and seat covers for a lot less cash if you look around on autotrader.

That servco has way too many of those blue things in its lot. It has to be the ugliest color ever made. It reminds me of elementary when we use acrylic paint. It looks tacky/sticky like the acrylic paint.

 

Agreed. I don’t see too many driving around so far. Only a 4Runner an a few of the Tacoma’s. I see more Pros daily then these

In my area we have the XSP package which is just an appearance package (badging, grille, wheels, tires, predator steps) on an SR5, but I think they only do it on 4x4s. My dealer assured me they also come with a locking rear diff. They most certainly do not.

 

Lol wow. I never bought out there, but saw tons of the island beaters rolling around. Injust assumed they were being sold cheap. That's nuts lol.

 

It really is amazing. Tacoma’s keep showing up but the old ones keep hanging around and they sell for a premium it’s nuts

Mostly military people drive those. And tourist love to rent them here.
But you go on base tons of jeeps every where

 

It’s interesting to me that Tacos are so popular there. I mean, they are here too, but it really seems like they’ve cornered the market out there.

 

Japanese vehicle 38% Asian population. Lots of surfers and fishermen. It’s a truck that you can park in town and fits in parking garage. Toyota in general is the top selling brand in our state and Tacoma is the number one selling vehicle.

 

NOT...would never divulge that to the sales guy. I have another car...so I am not against the wall anyway. My last two vehicles have been shipped in from mainland because of the price gouging that goes on here...so that is never off the table. I've looked on Autotrader....2015/2016/2017 used are as much as a new one....
