    Scale rock face. Fun fact, all rocks are to scale, no matter what you are modeling. :)



    A little grease stain on the rock from the trains as they pass over the tressel..

    This is by far my favorite part of scenery. The greenery.
    Using some brown acrylic paint, give the surface a coat and while it's wet, follow it with ground foam, then the wet water and finally a coating of 50/50 glue mix. This is where things start to look "real". Never use oil based paints, it simply won't work. Keep everything water based and water cleanup.
