Just bough 2016 TRD Sport Tacoma is it LEVELED?

What's up everybody I recently purchased a certified pre owned TRD sport Tacoma double cab extended bed and was wondering if it was leveled by the previous owner. Also I was curious if anyone had good thoughts about running / side boards ? Thanks in advance for any and all responses!

Doesn't look like it to me, that all looks like stock suspension. Post up some pics of your truck other than suspension too!

 

Looks like a normal suspension kit I don't see a spacer or non stock shocks or anything

 

For educational purposes, in the rear you would also take a picture of the leaf pack and where the leaf pack sits on the axel.

 

The first pic doesn't look like stock shock on a TRD Sport to me. I have that suspension sitting in a box ... all the shocks are blue/yellow. Maybe they were sprayed with undercoating or something??

To the OP - you want a kick ass ride suggest upgrading to Bilstein 5100s with 885 springs up front with 5100s in the rear and Icon AALs.

Headstrong has em .... the stock ride on the Sport was harsh for me I doubt I could live with it now after running the Billies for a while. You'd be surprised at the difference. really!

 

There are 2 different shocks.. those are the OEM "Hitachi" branded shocks.

My bad .. thought there was yellow and blue on mine... Hitachi = not that great just sayin. They are bouncy and harsh and a lot of lean in the turns. IF I had a handle on the drivers side I have used it with them, just sayin.

That's all stock as everyone said, but you forgot to ask if it has the "taco lean" .
I bet it does...

 

Here it is, need a good pair of running boards. The guy who had it before tinted the windows, it's got the tech / sound package as well. My first TACO and it is so awesome!

You're a long bed! I have a set of the factory 5" oval tube running boards in black that I pulled from my short bed I'm looking to sell.

 

Yeah is the long bed bad? Haha I have a few in mind that I want or want to check out just seeing if there were any preferences for the boards.

 

No, that was what initially wanted back in Feb this year. Quicksand DCLB TRD Off-Road 4x4, but ended up getting DCSB TRDOR 4x2 six months later. Was tired of waiting and needed a new truck bad. Came from an S10 extended cab with standard 6ft bed. My first taco too!

Now there are times I wished I had the long bed when hauling long strips of lumber or for off shore fishing gear and fish. Sometimes even to sleep in!
Get those Nfab tube steps that look like the predator ones from the factory. Much more stout. I've seen several broken predator steps on trucks while driving on the freeway recently from people who've forgotten how low those hang down and striking things to break them.

Some guys even go as far as adding 150lbs of full blown rock sliders mounted to the frames for their pavement princess trucks to "prevent door dings", But it's their money/ truck.

 

I have the OEM boards and love them... had them on my 2006 for 10 yrs. and they looked like new when I traded for the 2016...(I got new OEM boards with it also)...!! Great paint protection between the wheels.....!!!! They do not let rocks hit your paint.
