You should be able to find a cheap front diff on craigslist...

So I am a little confused... My code on my door jamb says that I have 8'' 4.56 gears.. Is the 8'' specifying to the rear and the front is a 7.5 diff?

Sweet thanks. I believe that @04doublecab was correct, this fucker is in there. I sat it against a tire and gave it a few wacks with a deadblow and she is stuck in there. I believe we have a air hammer, but I am unsure if my compressor has the balls to push it.

The bearings in a diff are usually pressed in/pressed out.

the sticker on your door jam said your truck was SHIPPED from the factory with 4.56 gears... it could have almost /anything/ in it now.

I would get the front /and/ rear diff off a junkyard Taco, that way you know they match.

I counted the teeth and confirmed the ratio. Would I be able to use a diff with the actuator since this has manual hubs? How would I convert it?

Yes you can use any differential with your manual hubs.
You have to take your non-ADD tube out of your current differential and put it into the next differential you get.
I have a post in my 4WD conversion thread.

My Diff from a 4Runner should arrive tomorrow. I also got some seals from RockAuto for both axle sides and also the pinion seal. Any recommendations on what weight oil to run?

As per the VIN he provided the part number for the front hub is actually the manual locking hub part number. So i assume it was the last batch of manual locking hubs. 43509-35040

Door jamb stickers aren’t always 100% correct even on an unaltered 100% stock vehicle. So it’s a good idea to visually check and confirm what you have before ordering parts.

Any Ideas on how to get the intermediate shaft out of the differential? I've tried pulling it by hand, and also wrapping wires around the bottom of it and yanking, but it doesn't want to come out =(

Go to 30:00 in that video and see what they had to do to get it out. I have a feeling there may be an easier way but that's what they had to do.
