Just curious...Anyone retrofit ABS to 1st Gen Tacoma?

    2000 PreRunner SR5 TRD Xcab V6 A/T
    One feature I wish my 2000 PreRunner V6 ExtraCab would have is AntiLock Brakes. 2 WD, Auto Trans. Front brakes are disc, rear are drum.
    Is retrofitting ABS a real thing? (Not just my imagination!) Asking for a friend :confused::confused:

    Brake so much better without the abs and deleting the lspv with the addition of a manual proportional valve.

    Factory ABS on first gens left a lot to be desired. It wouldn’t bother trying to retrofit it, would be interesting to adapt some other one though.
