    2007 4WD I purchased certified in Nov 2011. 145k miles.
From what I can tell the recall is over and I'm out of luck but just found out I have a hole in my frame. Have an inspection set up at a dealer but the customer service at the 800 number basically said I was SOL. Anyone have any suggestions?

When was the date of first use? You have 12 years from that date, so if the hole was discovered before then, you should be covered. After that date, I'm not sure you have any recourse.

You can find the in-service date at toyota.com by clicking on "owners" at the top of the page and setting up an account with your VIN number.

Sadly (if you like carnage), I don't have any pics of my frame before replacement. The mechanic that inspected it said it was "swiss cheese". They wouldn't let me drive it out - gave me a loaner then and there.

This O.P ^ don't be so quick to give up on the recall. If you find out its out of recall clean up that frame, cut the rotted part out and have a PRO welder weld in patch.
