I'll take a stab at translating... So it seems that he exited his truck due to having a lot of "thoughts" on his mind about the fact that his nerves were bad, and he would rather pull over and not drive while having a panic attack, which is safe. Then, the local police come out of nowhere, get into his vehicle, and steal it from him all while he is freaking out on the side of the road. Apparently, while trying to make a quick getaway, the officer driving his truck loses control momentarily... & that's where his story ends. I would honestly like to know what happened after that. Oh well...

There is a Jeep Wrangler around my town I see sometimes that actually has wheels and tires nearly as horrific as this... I cry for that poor Jeep every time I see it. People who do things like that to trucks and SUVs and ruin them so you can't drive off road or even on the lovingly maintained PA roads with out fear need shot.
