    Just got hired working the oil cleanup down in south Alabama making 14 an hour. Around 500 a week which is good for someone my age. :D wish me luck guys.

    be careful..Make sure there not just treating you like a grunt. Make damn sure they give you the proper PPE..Oil on the skin over time can cause some serious health issues.

    Make sure if you're using a soap for the oil that it is OK to use for your skin. When I worked in the oilfield, there was a soap that was VERY powerful. You didn't want to use it on yourself much.

    Well I just got done with my first day and I'm exhausted. Def gonna go to bed now. 10 hours a day is crazy on tht beach. Good news is I only work 4 days a week. And yes they definitely make sure to sanitize everything.
