VOX- After some research, I think I'm going to go with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks in the front only. Here's a great video I found that explains the shock and suspension dynamics. As far as cost goes, I'm not sure this will cost any more than the spacer kit.

I have a 2013 Sport DC and have Billys on the front only to level it out. If you have he TSB leaf pack recall OR the 4 leaf pack from the factory then you need to set the Billys at the 1.75 notch to get it perfectly level. After contemplating for days I went with the 1.75 setting and it came out perfect. Lots of people say to put it at the .85 notch to level it but I can promise you it was have still been nose down (and barely noticeable) if I would have chose the .85 setting. The 1.75 made it perfectly level, but I have the 4 leaf pack from the factory which gives the rear slightly more height.

VOX, can you post a pic of your truck from the front showing how far the MB TKOs stick out past the fender well? I like these wheels and like the fact that they are light and pretty much the same weight as out stock alloy wheels, but my only concern is that the -6 offset on the 8.5" rim will stick out further than I would like? Any rubbing with those wheels and the -6 offset setup? I plan on getting those same wheels (265/70/17) but I'm worried about rubbing bc I'm only leveled in the front with Billys and don't have any lift.

My local '4-Wheel & Offroad' store sells the Bilstein 5100 Adjustable for $103.99 each (#24-239370). They're on national back order right now so supply may be hard to find unless a retailer has some on the shelf.

Wheeler's Off Road shows them as $170 for the pair, not sure about shipping costs...

    Just FYI

As a result of excellent input thru this Forum, I decided to upgrade tires and wheels on my 2011 DblCab SB. Ordered tires and wheels from Discount Tire in Mesa Az., and installed this morning. Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10, 265x75x16. Wheels are MB TKO's flat black, with the large center caps. Also included a set of splined, black lug nuts. Final quote--including mount, balance, TPMS rebuild kits, state fees, tax, plus removing TPMS from old wheels and adding valve stems------$1152.51. Now we subtract $110.00 in rebates, and $500.00 for my old tires and wheels (Just sold on Craigslist)--and we're down to $542.51 for new tires and wheels. Best deal I've made in a long time. When I figure out how to post pics?????

Bassinman, photos would be great. $550 net for new wheels and tires is a great deal. I think I'll do the exact same thing. Are you running any lift in the front? If not, let us know if you have any rubbing. I'll probably end up with 265/70-17 tires...

The MB TKO just vanished from the Discount Tire web site (at least for the Tacoma). I just called my local Atlanta DT store to see if they can still order a set for me - Waiting.

I just found these and searched the TW forum for this thread.. So glad to see the pics of them on your trucks! I'm torn between the SCS Stealth 6 or the MB TKO's. I have a 3" lift and the 17x8.5 -10 sounds like the perfect fit with some 285/70 AT's. Now to decide on those, or $250 more for the SCS. Gah!!!

I picked up a pair of 5100's with 13,000 miles on them. Looks like I'll do 17" TKO wheels with 265/70-17 Hankook dynapro's. It will probably be next month on the tires.
