Hard to say. I just noticed trends in drivers style and ability over the years, linked with the type of vehicle they drive. Each vehicle type seems to have a most popular color, so id guess statistically you could correlate the 2, but yout would likely be looking st the wrong factor.

For instance you could say you're more likely to be in a rollover if yout drive a green truck. But the color doesn't matter. It's young and stupid drivers attracted to the cheapest truck they can get, which is/ was a dodge, who sold more green trucks than any other color. From my professional experience, i saw more green 3/4 ton dodges upside down in a ditch than all other vehicles combined.

From a personal level, if you drive a green dodge, you drive like an ahole on icy roads. I saw 6 in 1 day on my last hunting trip. Icy as could be and have one zip past me, pass it 2 minutes later in a ditch.

Here in Florida if you drive a silver Lexus, you suck.

Yellow and black sport bike,? You you suck.

People in sports cars speed, red is a predominate sports car color, so they'll potentially get stopped more. But causation and correlation are not the same.

But statistically if you have a red Porsche. Green dodge and yellow gsxr in your garage, you're going to have done expensive insurance eventually. And it will be all your fault ;)

The policeman saw me accelerate away from a country crossroads.
Three or four miles later, I asked him if he thought I was running, he
said no, he saw that I was stopping at the stop signs :) ...

-Mike "it was because my bike is red..."

They told you that because it takes at least a month for the solvents to evaporate from the paint for it to completely dry. If you wax it, it will seal the paint and the solvents can't release. That would cause you to lose a lot of shine and possibly other problems.
