Hello guys. I just ordered a 2016 Limited and am ordering things for it that I want when it gets here. I have ordered the OPT 7 LED Fog lights and High Beams and am ordering the OPT 7 HID Kit for the low beams. I am completely confused however, about said Polarity Kit. How do I purchase this kit? Looking forward to learning about the Tacoma and modifying it to meet my taste. Thanks!

Awesome! I ordered the exact same ones that were listed on the forum, so I would expect mine will come with them too. Thanks so much for the reply.

Just installed mine, was quick, simple and they look great. Used the polarity adapter like others and no issues. Would take pics, but they are going to look just like all the rest here.

I think i successfully made a "build page". Take a look if you're interested. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/louies-build-2016-trd-off-road-double-cab.417631/
I ordered the Opt-7 like everyone else. Fogs were simply, of course. My headlights don't work. I tried this one on this side and that side, and so on. With and without the polarity adapter thing. Am i missing something? I got one flicker. One single flicker. ON one Opt-7 LED light. That's it. Put my stock lights back in and its fine.

Any ideas? the instructions say i may need the flux capacitor, but reading through this forum it doesn't sound like anyone else needed them.

    Thoughts?

When I tried using the Flux capacitor mine wouldn't work. It wasn't until I pulled that out that they actually would light up.

I like the light, its clean and clear. Plenty of view for me personally, but others might wish they shined down the road farther. For the price, and ease of install I am 100% satisfied.

From a person who owned a few cars with factory HID's...NO! Everyone who rode in my truck with these OPT7'S always asked if I had my headlights on because they looked so dim. Put the factory bulbs back on and problem solved. I can see better again...LOL!

Its all about personal preference. I think they are better then the stock bulbs. Synergy does not, but again its about what he thinks works best. I didnt count, but I think the majority of people in this thread have not complained.

It looks a lot better. Looks amazing. Matches the drl LEDs. Better actual lighting on a dark road, hard to say. This may seem weird, but it's almost like the led is brighter, lights up the area in front of the vehicle better, but maybe doesn't project further or as far. I don't know that it's any worse. It's just different. I live in Vegas. All streets are lit up well. I need to get out in the desert with no street lights to see how far they shine. I'm happy with them. I really like the pure white look. Would I do it over again, yeah, probably. If you have something else to spend money on, maybe do that first. Kind of a novelty item. Super easy to install though.

    My 2 cents.

You must have some special factory lights, I couldn't see anything with stock and the LEDs worked a lot better for me.

I do have the stock bulbs in my glove box as a just a back up in case anything happens with these bulbs.

I live in a rainy state. I can barely see with the OPT7 bulbs when it's raining. If I drive in the country I can barely see anything with the OPT7's. I need to turn my high beams on to see whereas with my stock bulbs I can see on country roads without using the high beams. If you guys live in the concrete jungle where there are a lot of light posts you probably won't notice the difference. I admit though the lights look good looking at the vehicle since they match the LED's. Other than that performance sucks in MY OPINION. I would rather save up and buy HID's.

They were not worth it to me. I pulled them out and returned them. The light looked to bluish and didn't project well enough for my aging eyes. Back to the halogens and no problem.
