I just installed the front toytec ultimate coilovers on my 01' double cab. ran across this problem. My tire is pretty close to the UCA now with 265/65/17. I have some 275/70/17 goodrich ATs that i was going to put on this week but that will definitely rub. Im very new to the hubby so i dont really know what i did wrong. BTW, these are on 17' sport rims. Do I need wheel spacers?

Yes you will for sure need spacers! Not exactly sure what size, just know you will.

i put a 1.5" spacer on my truck with 285/75-16 and they clear very well. everyone on here will tell you to go with spidertrax spacers cuz of their rep however they are very expensive and i went with some ebay ones and have had no problems with them what so ever. i will get a TONNN of shit for this but i dont see the point of paying that much for the same thing. a good friend put ths guys spacers on his camaro with a 500ci bigblock with 473hp and hasnt had them fail yet. ive been mudding and some rough wheeling and still no problems. ive checked them after as well. use your judgement but my spacers were half the price.

the other option is to ditch the wheels you have and get a 4" bs wheelif you dont want spacers

To much to list...see sig for more...
You are running stock 05 wheels, those BS are larger then 1st Gen so that means they tuck in closer to the UCA.
