I am a new member from Bridgewater N.S. Canada.
In 2008 I purchased my 5 speed, 4 cylinder, 4x4, access cab n the U.S. At that time, my two local Toyota dealers were not able to bring in a model with those specs. I then went south and bought what I wanted in New Hampshire. It was little bother to import and register at my local dealer.
We then renovated a building here and put in a restaurant. This truck did a lot of work! I often commented that this was arguably the best vehicle I have ever owned.
A year ago the rusty frame was pointed out to me, and it made me sick.
Me local dealer is supportive, but their hands are tied as the truck was bought in the U.S.
Toyota.com referred my to the Haffler site for the class action suit. If the truck is not registered in the U.S., am I covered?
Anyone know it there have any experience/advice for me?
    Thanks

Canada is covered in the LSC. I don't know about Toyota making it right for you with the lawsuit filed in the USA:notsure:

Just take it to your local dealer and tell them to fix it. I'll tell Toyota to pay for it.
