Still need to install my set. Anyone coat the pro headlights with ceramic or some type of sealant for protection?

Normal headlights have an all chrome housing. Pro headlights have a matte black housing, with chrome only in the reflectors.

I wax my headlights regularly but I haven't stepped into the world of ceramics. Just about anything you're already using on your paint should work fine for the headlights.

For older headlights that have already oxidized I sand them down and then spray them with an automotive clear coat (just like on the body of your truck). A coat of clear + regular waxing/coating should give you haze free lights for longer than you'll own the truck.

What are the differences between the pro headlights and the non-pro ones?

Interesting. Do they look that much better?

subjective really. here's Pro vs regular, you decide. I didn't think it looked good enough and went aftermarket, as you can see in my profile pic. I don't like chrome, so if I wanted to stay looking stock, it would be the upgrade for me. But stock doesn't appeal to me as much as aftermarket options. Just know that with aftermarket, you'll likely have reduced light output, even if marginally.

They do look better but only marginally. It’s a subtle difference.

Agreed. It was still too much chrome for me, so that's why I went aftermarket. But for someone looking to retain a stock look and the best output, they're a solid choice.

Here are the Pros on my 2015. They aren't a complete black housing but a smoked chrome, a subtle difference. If you want 'em blacked out you're looking at aftermarkets or painting them yourself. I did try the black $100 eBay specials but the light output is beyond horrible.

The only difference I see is the effective range of vehicles. First is 13-15 second is 11-15. Weird.

Springhill is my go-to dealership but they don't ship headlights, at least they didn't a couple months ago. I went with Toyota of South Atlanta, $390 shipped for the set.
