Just placed an order for a 2020 TRD PRO in Army Green

i was going back and forth with color, white or green. White is a safe good looking color with the black accents all around but something about the green worked for me. I have a Quicksand now and feel like I seen them on the road all the time. The Army Green I think will be more rare which I am excited about.

Also upgrading from a AC TRD sport to the pro. I am looking forward to more cab space but uncertain how I will feel about the 5’ bed. I did get a bed extender which should do the trick for anytime I need the space.

People will either love it or hate it. I get it. I was unsure how I felt when I first saw the green on line but after seeing the color in person I was sold.

Super jealous, that's gonna be a killer truck. You get used to the 5' bed (unless you're coming from an 8', then it's a shocker).

 

I love the green, wish they would’ve had it when I was shopping.

 

What's the price, and like that color.

 

MSRP is stupid money at $49k and change after all the accessories. I am fortunate enough to work for Toyota Financial Services and get really good lease deals.

When I was pricing everything out a TRD Sport DCLB auto was $10 more a month and a TRD OR DCLB was $5 less than the PRO. I was going back and forth but once I saw payment wise they were almost exactly the same it was a no brained for me to go with the Pro.

 

I think the green will look good (it's best?) when the truck is unwashed.

 

It's only going to be a rare color for so long, between the Tacoma, Tundra and 4 Runner, and then this time next year there will probably be plenty of Army Green Off Roads and TRD Sports.

I expect to like the green, anxious to see it in person. My only gripe about the 5’ bed is sleeping...I like to have a topper and just crash out on a platform for biking or paddling trips. Almost impossible to get comfortable (even diagonally) with the SB. Congrats!

I’m going out on a limb, and predict the 2021 Army green will replace the quicksand color in the Taco lineup

 

I hope so, Im tired of seeing so many trucks that get mis ID'd as mine. Well, not now so much, with the tires

 

I live in Helena, MT (small town) saw three quicksand Tacos similar to mine on my way home from work. The nerve of some people.

I would kinda like if the pro colors were a bit more limited but glad I got my ‘19 cement OR.
