Took a long time to wear out the stock Rugged Trail T/A's, but at 70k I am finally buying new tires. Debated long and hard between the Ms2's and the At2's, but decided on the At2's. I drive 70 highway miles a day and I'm already questioning my decision even though they aren't even finished mounting them yet. Are they really going to ride that much harsher than the Ms2's and be a lot worse in the snow? Keep in mind I managed to get though last winter's epic snow on those shitty BFG's. I see a lot more threads here about the Ms2's than the At2's, another reason I am having some buyers remorse. Someone talk me off the ledge.

my AT2s drive like a dream you got the best of both worlds an AT tire that rides better than most all season tires and look good doing it.

You will be happy. Personally for highway driving, MS2's, but the AT2's look cooler and still drive great on the highway, just not as smooth.

I had the old style Michelin M&S ltx,I cannot tell the difference in comfort with my AT2 tires they work great on a daily driver pavement pounder and still fit with the looks of a 4x4 truck best AT for a daily driver I ever had.

Awesome. They get mounted today at 11:30 eastern, I'll put up some pics just for fun. Now to decide... white letters in or out...

These are nice tires, they ride great. Drove through an epic rainstorm, very happy with the wet performance and they ride the bumpy NH backroads well. Still haven't taken any pictures yet.

    No mods whatsoever!
I have AT2's (black side out) but haven't driven much until I get an alignment. They seem loud, even coming from Nitto's. Hoping the alignment is off.

Yeah, I don't disagree about the loudness, but not horrible. Louder than the stock BFG's, but the ride and wet performance is making up for it.

My AT2's are smooth and quiet on the highway. Make sure they are inflated properly, and you should always get an alignment after putting on new tires. Poor alignment can ruin new tires in a short time.

Yes, I think you are right about the alignment. The truck drives straight and perfect, but it might still need an alignment. I am going to schedule one shortly. They are definitely inflated properly, checked that myself.

I just bought a 2015 trd sport. The tires ride really nice and quiet, but, I want a little more aggressive look. I've been thinking if it's a waste to swap out the original tires with these AT2'S.

    Hard choice.

My '13 Off-Road came with BFG's and they were always horrible in the rain and snow, even new. They handled ok on dry pavement, but what wouldn't? Anyway, the day I mounted these up- Friday- I drove home and it was torrential rain. Someone was actually in the median at one point, really hardcore weather. But these handled it great. And they do look fantastic, I'm really happy with them all around. I was worried they didn't look that aggressive because they don't look that way online, but in person they are tough looking tires.

I've been having the same dilemma. I really like the look of the KO2s but spend most of my time on city pavement while sneaking away from the to time for on se back roads. These Michelin seem like they would to a bit better for my needs.

I love how the KO2s looked, that's for sure, but again was worried about wet performance. I know it's unfair to judge all BFG tires by my experience with the Rugged Trails but they sure turned me off BFG big time. These At2s ride very nice on the road. I have some bumpy roads and these smooth it all right out.

It's officially driving me crazy. I went and looked at both tires again on my lunch break. The KO2s are probably to coolest looking tire around and the LTX AT2 is clearly built for my needs which include but not limited to overall comfort and gas mileage considering I do 90% city driving.

I can tell you this, there is no way you'd be dissapointed with your purchase of the Michelins after driving on them. I tried to get them to hydroplane and couldn't. They ride so smooth and nice it's amazing. Function over form in my opinion.

You plan on looking at your tires or driving on them?

I just switched to the AT2 from the Hankooks ATs. WOW what a difference . I as well was going back and forth between the MS2 and the AT2. But the night before I was going to order the MS2 I was reading a thread on here and when I was done I had decided on the AT2 and have not looked back. I love these tires . Oh and I went black out.
