Just purchased a used 2020. Did the previous owner lower it?

    Easy fix:
Swap the hood off a Sport, install summer tires, and slap an XRunner badge on it. Good to go.

What are the forest service roads like? That's a good looking stance and probably gets better gas mileage than stock. Maybe try keeping it as is.

So long as the forest road doesn’t have stumps and boulders in the path, I would think you’d be fine.

I looked at the pic of your truck again. I think I would spend my money on a black chrome exhaust tip and call it a done deal.

Lift kit is definitely installed upside down. Hard to say what's been done without seeing the front/rear suspension.

Just depends on storms. They can be very rutted out and borderline 4wheeler only. If going back to stock gets me 6" more clearance, that would be great. I'll post suspension pics tomorrow.
Kinda want to take it somewhere and have them look it over to see if other stuff's been done that I just don't know about.

I agree it looks lowered. Not just by the wheel well measurements and appearance, but that front air dam is hella low as well.

Very tastefully done and actually looks quite good. Wouldn’t work for me but I still like it.

Take some pics of the suspension on all four corners and post them up. If it was lowered and lowered the correct way should be very easy to reverse.

I’m sure you’ve long since gotten your answer, but **usually** it’s as simple as replacing shocks / struts + spring.

Lifting, essentially, only back to factory or above. If you’re close to South Carolina, I have a set of “like new” 5100’s I can give you, and would give you for free. You’ll just need a set of springs. The 5100’s are the majority’s choice when lifting, upgrading suspension, and you’ll find many on here rocking them. However, you don’t need to lift with them. It’ll come down to the spring you choose. I know how much of a bummer it can be to get a new truck and already have to tinker to get it right. So, let me know if I can help. Can’t ship the parts, so if you’re local, you’re in luck! Haha. Will save you a few hundred bucks.

PS - It doesn’t look bad, FWIW. You may notice a slightly harsher ride, which is a characteristic of a lowered ANYTHING, but is not always the case. If the ride is fine, and you are comfortable, there is no problem. It’s your truck, only you can decide what’s best for you at the end of the day.

That sounds like a great idea to me. They can also check that it was done correctly and not a hack job.

Here's front and back suspension. Hope these are good angles. Still very appreciative of people's responses and patience.

I like the stance and would have a good time with it on the streets but not off road.

Yes, that's lowered. Looks like you could go back to stock fairly easily though. Just try to find someone's low mileage take-offs on here since lots of people trade out their OEM suspension for aftermarket.

Get rid of all of that and get some new bump stops if you're gunna wheel it off the pavement

The front looks like they replace the shock, coil, and bump stop.

The rear looks like they replaced the shackle, shocks, leaf pack, and lower shock mount, and bump stop. They also added longer ubolts with blocks between the axle and leaf pack.
