Hi, I have always been a car guy, mostly sports cars guy and after many years of using a buddy's pickup I purchased my own. A 2010 Taco Prerunner. Nice truck but the sports car guy inside of me wants to do some mods. Here's what I'm thinking. A cat-back exhaust and CAI for the engine. Next better and bigger tires. Not BIG tires just 265/75/16 stock is 245/70/16. I would like to get new wheels but that will have to wait. $$ is tight I just got the truck, ouch. Also the TRD off road wheels don't look all that bad. Next I'm thinking about supension. Would it mk a big difference if I put the TRD Bilstiens shocks on it? Should I also chg the front springs to the TRD. I see a lot of the TRD supensions for sale on the buy & sell board.

Lastly if you havn't guess by now I'm trying to build a TRD Taco. Didn't know until after I got the truck that the TRD was in my option a better truck for me. The salesman told me there wasn't much difference BS to sell the truck I purchased. My question what else is different between a prerunner & TRD prerunner.

    Thanks
    Jim
