I just installed Wet Okole seat covers for the front seats and the console cover. The colors are dark gray and black.

Out of curiosity, how much did those run you?

The two front covers with the center console cover, after shipping, it was around $300.

They look really nice! I've been thinking about getting these for my truck as well. How much height do you think it added to the seat? I'm kinda close to the roof already. If they are too thick I'll have to tilt my head to the side all the time.

Gotcha, I paid $500 for front and back double cab + console cover for the leather Clazzios with custom embroidery. Was just curious since the wife drives a Subaru and Clazzio does not currently make covers for them.

It appears to add about 1/2", give or take when not sitting on them. This is a soft foam that compresses when you sit down, so maybe 1/4" when seated.

    They look great, man.

I've been using them for the last 4 months since my truck was about 3 weeks old.

    They have been super.

    I'm 6'4".

Bought my 3rd Gen after driving a Nissan Frontier 4x4 stick shift for the past 11 years. I find the Tacoma to be a better fit for me. The seats in the new truck are much more firm and supportive. That being said....the Wet Okole does offer some padding. It's not an extreme amount....and as @Shawn_of_the_dead stated....it does compress. They really do add to the comfort of these seats, imho.

I don't feel like they compromised my headroom unduly. I also tend to run the seat fairly upright. Wearing a hat is no problem.

Overall, I feel that Toyota made these 3rd Gens more accommodating for taller drivers......finally. Visibility is much better than what I had in my last truck.....also don't have to bend my neck to get in it, lol.

Can you please tell me whether or not they "breathe"? I bought some beautiful black covers from Toyota themselves and with the first trip both I and my gal hated them. They were damn good-looking but were "sweaters" and that scared me off of covers other than those lousy-looking sheepskins I have now. Thanks OP.

They are neoprene which is wet suit material. In the summer they don't breath well. I still wouldn't trade mine, 4 years strong and just starting to show wear on the drivers seat

Edit: although they aren't rubber like the Toyota ones so they breath better than those

Thanks-I figured that would be the verdict. Guess I'll look around more for some that look good like the Toyota ones I had. This was them

but it's looking like something like what I want is hard to come by.
