Do you feel the wider stance helped keep you upright longer while sliding through the gravel sideways(at 50 scaryassmph)? I'm thinking so. Yet another reason i can't wait to get my new, wider stance wheels and more armor. Glad you're all OK.

Glad y'all are okay! I think the truck is in rather good shape for what happened. I say you just cut the roof off, build a cage, put rear seats in bed and just roll with it!

I will say this from the pics the roll cage that toyota has in our 1st gen trucks are tough.

 

chop the top, knock the doors off, and you have a dedicated trail rig.

sad to see a cool steel metallic taco all banged up. They are pretty rare.
