just saw my first Gen 2 white Sport with a 50 cal. and 12 taliban fighters in the bed

    my 89 xtracab was purchased by a middle eastern guy who was shipping it to Lebanon 20 years ago. I often wondered if it made it into battle

    I remember watching footage of Afghanis fighting Russian tanks in the desert.
    Three Toyota trucks with anti- tank missles would hit em from three different directions.
    Tank turrents couldn’t swivel fast enough to get em all before one got within striking distance.
    Toyota trucks are the Willys Jeep of 3rd world conflicts...
    That’s probably why they have crappy rust protection, Toyota must figure they all wind up in dry desert climates.

    That's why it was surprising, scoop hood, paint matched grill. and Sport rims. the "sliders" held 6 men on each side too

    Probably an Afgan Tacoma World member. He just doesn't have much free time logging on to post much, given the environment he lives in. Between military operations and spotty cell service, can't fault the guy if he can't post regularly.
