I just installed a 3in lift with LR UCAs. tire size is 285-75r16. I have vibrations at highway speeds and I got the tires road force balanced, driveshaft modified for the angles and balanced...getting ready to install that needle gear upgrade bushing from ECSG.

If the bushing doesn't fix the vibrations what will?

Is there anything I can do about the CV and Tie-rod angles?

My advice would be to do the ECGS bushing and then report back. I'd bet that will take care of your problem, it did on mine.

Takes 1 minute diag the diff bearing.

If it makes noise/vibes in 2WD but not 4WD its the bearing.

Why don't you check it first and see. I think most here think this is the first option for a reason.
