I would imagine the Knobby Ridge Off-road motorcycle trail system would be off limits, but there are other trails in the area.

 

The Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail runs right through there. That's an area I wanted to explore more.

 

Yeah I made an edit on one app for knobby Ridge that it's dirt bike only. I'll likely be bumming around this general area Saturday.

It was a designated 4x4 trail. Well, all ORV allowed. Lots of mud.

 

Made my truck look like a toy.

Damn, I missed out. Maybe I can get my project done tonight and try that tomorrow. It looks like a fun trip.

 

I too visited Clark County Forest, but missed Dennis. My truck got pretty muddy. Did 95% of the trip in 2WD. Had to use 4LO once to straddle some real deep ruts on a roll. Drove through some mud in 4HI to get some streaks on the truck

One version of the T.W.A.T map shows seven sisters loop, but it's hard to tell if it's a motorcycle trail or not. OnX says accessible by 4×4, atv, motorcycle, but has a note about motorcycle trails.

 

Yes. That trail is permitted 4x4. It’s actually called Mark Ziegler trail.

 

You could move south where it doesn’t snow..

 

It snows a few counties to the south where I think they use more sand and advise slower speeds when roads are slick hahah

 

I thought you loaded up your truck with the Woolwax. What are you worried about.
