Watched this lady loose control on ice and end up on the lawn of some warehouse. Made a U turn to help her out. Drove through half a foot of snow to get behind her. She had a hitch on the back so I hook up my strap for her hitch to mine and pulled her back onto the road. Good amount of snow so took a few good launches with about a foot of slack. 4 Lo in L and got it done. I'm sure I didn't hurt anything on my taco but need piece of mind from you guys. Took 3 good yanks. What do you think?
    Thanks always

    Good on ya...
Your truck should be fine. If something was wrong I'm sure you would have noticed it right away.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
If the runs well don't sweat it. Way to go!

I've pulled out lots of vehicles. If it don't seem broke right away odds are you did absolutely nothing wrong.

. I pulled out 15 fence posts last summer.. Each took 3-4 good yanks with about 1 to 2 foot slack in the strap. And I mean good HARD yanks in 4 LO! Probably shouldn't have done it but I had no choice. None the less i have had no problems or signs of damage. So

If you're really concerned go out and buy a Bubba Rope. It'll make the next recovery of a Caravan that much smoother ;)

Your truck is good no worries. I just pulled a full size bronco the other day with my arb recovery strap, good strap I would recommend it, I didn't even feel the yank.
