    Well that was a productive 2 hours. Flushed the power steering and got rid of that stupid whine, hammered the wheel wells more and cut part of the fenders so the tires will stop rubbing, pulled off the idler pulley but realized I got the wrong bearing so I'll just order a new one, found out the A/C pulley is fine, touched up some bed liner and undercoating, cleaned my interior... feeling good!
    Hot Springs trip tomorrow got cancelled though :mad:

    Planning on June actually. Sedona, Moab, and Northwest Colorado. Hoping to have a high clearance rear and new springs and shocks by then

    That's a solid list. Just got back from Moab a couple days ago, beautiful and fun as advertised haha.

    I'm jealous. I'm lucky to be right in the middle of the best parks in the East, but it's nothing like you guys have out West

    How old are your current ones? I'd just buy new ones from LROR, change em out and keep your old ones as spares.

    Went ahead and ordered a full set of Dayco spare belts and RockAuto spare tie rods. Going to pick up a new idler pulley tomorrow to put on before I put my skid back on. Truck is in pretty good shape for Windrock in a few weeks!

    Good call on the belts, I keep forgetting I need to change mine, then I can have my old ones as some trail spares.

    Almost done with everything in prep for Windrock. Got my new RAT IFS Skid on finally, courtesy of @Breezy , cleaned the interior and reinstalled whatever interior pieces still fit, fixed my CB... Just need to get my new spare mounted on the wheel and I'll be ready

    Frame is only 18.5" high and T-case skid is only ~16.5" high, she's a low rider for sure since all the suspension is sagging. I like it low for the stability, but even lifted fairly high these trucks aren't tippy. Considering making her a tad higher when I redo the suspension in a few months.

    @slander @Snowy @Speedytech7 @rngr
    What is all your frame-to-ground measurements? Curious how everyone else has theirs set up

    Huh, you know I don't know haha. On my old truck my frame to ground was 21.2 but I haven't measured my new one yet. I'll do it when I get back home. The front will be accurate enough but my rear changes when I'm actually loaded for wheeling and camping.

    23.5 right after the swap, probibly around 22 or 21 now. That's to the frame rails.

    It's too low for wheeling, but it sits lower than the brodozers around here and is even bumper height legal in IL, so I guess that's good.

    I'll have to check when I'm back home. It's low though. I didn't realize how low until it was sitting next to Jeff at LBL. My suspension has about run it's course. It was plenty when the truck was light, but it's struggling now. I'll add that to the list. :rolleyes:

    I’m 24-24.5” Seemes to be a happy place with my wheelbase. Afraid lower would be more of a detriment than a gain.

    Put that bitch on a diet then!

    You feel like your breakover hurts you a lot at that height? Or just trying to drive over larger logs and rocks that your tires clear but not your frame?
