jvc kw av50 head unit problem

    I have a 2008 trd with an jvc head unit (I just bought the truck used in May) that intermittently doesn't power up, and I have to press the small reset button to get to turn back on. I get in the truck and start it, and sometimes it is fine, and powers up, and sometimes it won't power on at all. My question is that has anyone else had this issue? I am not sure what to do? Your input would be appreciated a lot!
