The IAT sensor is integrated into the Mass Airflow sensor, I'd check and make sure you didnt pinch or break a wire going to it.
You can look at IAT in scan data and see what it's reading, it should be reading close to the actual outside air temperature.

I had my old mass airflow sensor installed on the cold intake so I did not use the one that originally came with the truck, could that be an issue? I would not think

It's a possibilty, you could swap them and see if the code clears.

    Found the issue
The MAF. Sensor was about1/4 inch long on my current one that was throwing codes
I put the OEM one in that came with the truck cleared my codes went for a drive
    All
    Cleared so far
The difference was the sensor in old one was about 1/8 inch long. Very short and stubby
When I put the Toyota one in, that sensor was twice as long and worked great
Very odd that worked in my 05 and not my 11
