It’s not a true AT. It’s in that hybrid tire segment with Toyo R/T, NRG, Duratracs, etc.

But they’re supposed to be the best of that segment.

I’ll say that there’s no way I’ll be getting them again. They’re loud AF and not terribly confidence inspiring in the snow.

I want a pair of 17” rock warriors and to run hybrid AT or MTs on :bananadead:

Ahh then yes I agree 100%, when driving with the duratracs I felt it didn’t do that amazing in 3-4 inches in snow as it should have. Did the job but found it super easy to break traction in 4wd. St maxx I have to really try and be losing traction however the road noise is very much present I find it very bearable. I’ve taken them in probably 6-8 inches of fresh powder and maybe 4-6 off-road breaking trail at 15 psi and love it. But again only tire I’ve had on this tire so it is my baseline for comparisons.

Yeah I didn’t find it terribly hard to break traction in 4WD either. I don’t feel unsafe, but not as safe as I have in other vehicles. I didn’t don’t have the sense of recklessness that I see other people have with different tires.. mine don’t feel as planted.

Gonna get them installed at a place called Rainbow Tire.

    I can’t escape Hawaii.
