I have a gun. Don't shoot much just cause it gets expensive. I've only been to Bullethole, but heard good things about Centerfire.

Centerfire is definitely nicer, but prices are expensive. $20 per range time or $25/month. $15 gun rentals, free eye/ear.

Bullet hole is $25/year (i believe), $9 per range use, a few bucks for ear/eye, free gun rental.

It can all even out, personal choice on which one you like more.

I want to take my ar out to parma woods and really get it sighted in.

Just ordered some new wheels last night 17" Method Double Standard. Looking at tires now any suggestions? I want something that looks aggressive but don't need anything crazy as I don't do much off road...was looking at General Grabbers AT2 and Hankook ATM and a few others.

Also anyone have suggestions on beat places to have wheels mounted and balanced and alignment. I'm also getting some 5100s probably to level it.

I just picked up a set of the new BFG AT KO2's in a 265/75/16 and have liked them pretty well so far.

As for where to mount, depending on where you're coming from - there's a new Discount Tire location off of 151st & I-35 in Olathe.

And let me know what you think of the 5100's. I'm trying to decide between those and the new 6112's (depending on what their pricing will be) to level mine out.

I have Maxxis mud terrains, they are loud but work great. The general's will be my next tires. Also I am a big fan of discount tire and they will always get my business

Yeah I was thinking of something like the BFG K02's but wasn't sure if that would be too aggressive for a daily or not. How do they ride compared to stock and noise levels? Do you have any pics further out?

Awesome yeah I'm looking to take advantage of discount tire directs current eBay promotions, and I live live in Olathe!

I am in the same boat deciding between 5100 and 6112, but will let you not for sure whichever I choose.

Really I think the ATM2's look good that why I liked them but I guess I just don't want to get too aggressive as I really don't don't do too much off road at all. Any pics?

They ride great. (They're obviously going to be a bit more firm than the stockers, being an E-rated LT tire, but they're nowhere near a mud terrain.) I have a 50-mile daily round trip commute (live in Olathe, work downtown) and they're fine on the highway.

    Here's another photo.

Thanks for the quick reply Merlin, I am looking at a similar setup as you just with 17's 265/70/17.

Do you have any rubbing issues with the KO2's?

You have to pull off the tiny pointless front micro mudflaps (in front of the front tire), but that's it. They rubbed while turning in reverse at full lock.

Decided on the 5100's for now, so I've got the rims and the shocks now I just need the rubbers lol, going to go by discount tire tomorrow to look at the tires in person.

Still can't decide what I want. Merlin those KO2's look good I just don't know if I need a tire that aggressive and so heavy. I don't want to drag down the mpg if I wouldn't utilize them to their full ability. Still looking between the General Grabber AT2's and now the Toyo Open Country ATII's.

So does anyone have experience with the install of the 5100's or know a shop that has reasonable prices? I need a spring compressor regardless...
