Sister needs a car, but I offered back when my mom had 1 vehicle she shared with her BF that broke down every week. Now I'm trying to kinda convince her the car is unsafe (which isn't entirely untrue) so we can gambler it.

Sounds like you need some Cooper CS5s. GTs, but they've been reallllly good to me, especially in downpours and are super affordable.

not on the knps nope it will get full on summer performance tires then the stock wheels will get a all season thing

 

2 sets of tires seems silly when you don’t drive it in the snow. Not like you are gonna swap tires every time it rains..

 

not the reason for two sets of tires i dont want to use my nice wheels in the winter even if i dont drive it in snow i dont want salt on my nice wheels so the stock wheels and stock tires will be the winter setup while a set of Michelin or indys will be my summer tires

You'll learn eventually, nobody from the south can hang when it snows. Don't beat yourself up and when it snows next time, go out and learn what your truck can and can't handle in a parking lot or something.

As for others, MT (tires) suck in the snow

 

Haha ya no thanks lol and idk the coopers they are a hybrid and they have done great in snow and the tires I’m thinking about getting for the truck next I’ve seen and heard great things about in snow
