Sure is green out there, and what is that blue shit?

Still hunting for the best schwarma in KC.

I enjoy Jerusalem Cafe. I haven't really gone on a shawarma hunt in KC though. What places do you like?

So far, the best one I've had was from Queen Sweets And Mediterranean Grill on N Oak Trafficway in NKC. Hummus was kinda crap, but the spices in the the schwarma were about right. Not sure how they cooked it though, looks like they had it in a panini press which is kind of weird.

I've tried a few others and not really been impressed. One of them I had to tell them to hold the lettuce, which is a travesty.

I need to go back to Jerusalem Cafe again, I went there 10 years ago and really liked it, but last time I went a year or so again didn't seem as good. I dunno.

I know what you mean about Jerusalem Cafe. They just opened a place in the Northland that is near me. Ever hear of the Happy Greek?

Their stuff is hit or miss for me. I like the 3 meat pizza when they do the toppings justice.

I'm usually in this camp though:

Sugar free is the death of me. Get light headed and lose color vision and all the vertigo symptoms when I have fake sweeteners.

I'd probably black out if I didn't have a sugar free Redbull every 3-4 days. My heart goes out to you.

To this day I've still not had an energy drink. Not saying I make good decisions; I'll stick with my daily quart or so of coffee

Energy drinks are for depraved dopamine fiends like me who get sweaty in the heat and occasionally have heartburn.

we have a pretty good size ditch out by the road at my grandparents and if its even slightly slick out it slides in same with the two ponds so it was a common thing to go save it lol
