Life really got in the way ha. Job ending, new house, new job, raising a parasite. All work and no play makes johnny a dull boy. Whens the next pizza day?

So technically uphill you shouldnt put it in 5th due to the extra load but a 2200lb trailer is not much more load than 35s or 37s in stock gearing, so really you should be fine. Downhill and flat its not a bad idea because you can feel if its lugging. When i took the 4runner to the scrapyard the truck/trailer combo weighed right over 12k lbs and i was still cruising in 5th on 35s down to the scrap yard 2hr south.

umm, unless you're in 3rd at 55 or 2nd above 30 there's no such thing as engine braking these pigs.

He thinks rangers are all the rage. Usually its a woman that causes this amount of neutering.

But Calamity_taco you need to get out more. I think ive only met up with you once maybe when you used to get your truck dirty haha.

just a couple of things tbh
No injuries thankfully only issue I have now is cold weather sucks ass with my injuries…. Only got the one bike I’ve been wanting to get another if I sell my m100 but I’d also like to get the klx setup like how I want it so ya haha. No trips since the Michigan one hopefully next year but atm nothing planned
I mean it is a great truck tbh it rides great and is comfy and no more vibration now that the wildpeaks are gone and gets decent mpg plus it’s zippy so ye I like it

I don’t do wheeling anymore tbh it bores me anymore it was fun for awhile but I got tired of it so I only do exploring and camping with this one

Nothing wrong with that. I think the guys that go wheeling tend to talk more. So it seems like everybody on Tacoma world is some crazy rock. Collar in the reality is most people would rather do what you're doing, some light exploring and camping and not breaking their trucks. :fistbump:

Yuup it was great fun back then and I met a lot of cool people doing it but after awhile and breaking a good amount of things I kinda looked at it like I drive 2-3 hours to go to a offroad park and spend 5 hours or longer at the park and then the same to drive back… why not spend the same time to go somewhere new that I haven’t been? Only gonna be here so long so I’d rather explore and see more! Hopefully this year I’ll
Be doing more bike trips! I really wanna explore Arkansas and Colorado on the bike so bad! So hopefully I can!

Arkansas is made for bikes. Tons of great groups and hundreds of miles of winding mountain roads. I have maps..... Lol
