Kansas City Tacoma Crew - 816/913

Sadly, all work related. Had a meeting near Mountain View. Down there it was mostly sleet/freezing rain. Snow started around West Plains, then is was back and forth for the rest of the trip.

 

No school today, so Tman is here with us at work. Left a touch early, took our tune, made it fine.

 

Damn, sounds like a wild ride.

Nice, heyo to the T man. Work days with dad are always fun.

Dad used to take me on his delivery runs to Nebraska when he worked for Science Diet. Good times.

should have seen my town the plow trucks screwed us last night they plowed the main roads and blocked off all the side roads with large piles of snow

 

This morning, he means, with everyone trying to get to work.

 

ahhh you see i was asleep during that time haha i drove in it at midnight thou

 

Midnight not as bad as the AM though.

People driving like they completely forgot there was a few snowstorms to prepare them for driving. Took me 10 mins to cross a stretch of highway that normally takes me 1 minute because of traffic. Once I got past that stretch, I made it to work on time.

 

ya thats why i prefer 2nd not many people

ive done them all and weekends are the worst to me 1st isnt bad but i hate mornings so 2nd works best

Last night was a little sketchy trying to get past semis. and I was running in untouched lanes. Felt like riding on some 'whoops' with how it was piled. 4hi most of the way. Got into the left side shoulder on 470 because some jack wagon was splitting lanes and came over when I was trying to get by.

 

ya last night was kinda annoying couldnt see the lanes so it was kinda people were all over

 

Not that I recall. I wheeled with some Tacos about 2 years back at KRRP. I got 2 dents that day haha. We've gone to Creepy Crawl the past 3-4 years also.

 

ahhh i gotcha

 

1st made me get out of bed earlier which was cool, but I prefer second. I like being up in the middle of the night. We eat dinner at midnight, I like it haha

 

Now if we could figure out how to get 10 hours of sleep in 4 hours we'd be golden.
