It is an odd mount.

If I go down 1 lower, the top protrudes.

Will need to chop some of the top off later and find longer bolts for the rack rails.

I need to get better at setting and putting up the awning solo. I have an extension that was in it too, but I didn't roll it up with it, will probably do it tomorrow at work. Took me a minute to figure out how to tighten the poles too.

 

ya just use it a few times and you will get it also be careful with wind my awning is bent in a few spots cause the wind grabbed it and also the holes on the top is a new design for them they didnt use to have them wish i would have bought mine after that but oh well

Got enough rope to make sure it's tied down pretty tight. Got tent stake on wishlist right now that works with sand, but can't buy it yet.

 

Here are the t-nuts they gave me. I used the prinsu cabrac tie down as you saw in recent post.

And as I said, the tie downs are short, so i need to find long ones for extra security.

 

yup awnings are nice but a pain and my arb has no warranty if it breaks i get sent a part number on where to buy the part i need so arb kinda sucks on that fact

Side note, I just realized I did not get the right product from Amazon. I received 6.5 by 6.5, not 6.5 by 8. Advised the seller, to at least get 10 bucks back since I don't mind it as it is.

The awning, duders.

The awning that I requested was supposed to be 6.5 W by 8 L. I got 6.5 W by 6.5 L according to the box. I told the seller, showed him pictures of the box + barcode. Seller stated that I SHOULD have the 6.5 W by 8 L based off the barcode and that someone probably marked the box wrong. I need to measure the awning out when I get home.

I told him that I had no problem with the 6.5 by 6.5 and asked if I could just get refunded the difference. He did me $20 better even after telling me that I got what I requested. Super nice dude/company. Would definitely order from them again.

 

Gonna need it to replace the whole stadium. YIKES.
