Can anybody recommend a shop around that is reasonable and could cut and bend some bolt on slider frame plates? I'm looking at using the files from this thread and doing my own because shipping to KC is insane on Tacoma parts (which are already $$$ compared to what I'm used to). Plus, I haven't butchered any welding projects lately so I probably need to humble myself a bit.

Those Viair pumps will reliably get a 35" tire back up to pressure. You could probably use it to fill a 5 gallon tank and run a tiny air tool or something, but not for long lol

Yeah, they're like 2.4 /m at 0 psi. My 33 gallon garage unit is like 3.4 cfm @40 and it barely keeps up with an air grinder.

i had to get one of these a few months ago with 5.1 scfm to run my blaster gun, works fairly well other than the water vapor it spews out (may be normal to do that though)
but i have not yet picked up any other air tools to try it out on yet

Pick up an in line air dryer and make sure you drain the tank regularly if you don't have one. That moisture will build up fast in the tank if you have it coming out of the hose.

i did get a dryer for it, it turns those pellets pink awfully fast if its humid out
at least i can put the pellets in the oven for awhile to turn them back to blue and re-use them
