If when you hit a bump and the front end oscillates up and down a few times instead of just dipping once and settling, it's most likely a dampening issue. Your front end is pretty heavy with the bumper and winch. Those bilsteins weren't valved for weight. I had Accutune valve my front coilovers so I could really "send it" off road if I wanted to. There's plenty of dampening for weight as well. I also have the DSC adjusters which are no gimmick; there is noticeable adjustability for terrain and weight.

As far as the walking or wandering goes, it could be due to a few different reasons...worn components or alignment.

Use those on one side, stick axe/shovel on other with quickfists.

That's what my roommate does and what I will likely do. With 1-2 cases on top like the Devil Penguin, maybe.

Just offering other suggestions to think on. I feel like rotopax's are just too small for what they're asking when other options are far better. Save ya some money. Hell, even a pvc pipe across the roof rack would be more appealing, not much room in those either though.

They are also explodey. I’ve seen many swollen ones and stories of ones that broke open and dumped fuel everywhere. That’s why I bought the wavian Jerry cans. Never lost a drop in 4 years and no need to vent them

Yeah, I've heard stories of the leaks and explosions too. I wouldn't risk it for the biscuit on an $80 small, poopy plastic container.
