That said, I just ran out to get gas and left it scanning and found some on 145.130, so that's a start.

 

They are usually pretty dead from my experience. There are a few around here that have people on them on occasion on the weekend

Sunday nights they usually do a roll call thing where everyone hops on and bs for a while

 

I'm up in Clay CO and I've almost never heard anything from the repeaters. I quit honestly quit listening after a few weeks of almost nothing.

 

145.130 was pretty active this weekend, but there's no way I'll hit it from my house. Hummm.

Back to yelling into a paper bag, I suppose.

 

is there anybody familiar with the Eastwood Internal frame coating product and maybe used it before?
I am trying to find the right product to use and keep running into roadblocks!

The only roadblock is you. Fluid film it and be done.

you have no real idea of what is going on and neither do i! it needs a new fresh coating of something inside to replace all the peeling stuff i am finding

once you apply FF it is very difficult to remove in all the pores and crevices and it cannot ever be coated over i was told

 

....thats kind of the whole point...

 

not on naked steel i would think, it needs a coating to cling too?
