I think you're the best. :drunk:

I'm trying to find some recordings of choirs I was in, but the recordings were all done before everybody started posting everything to the internet.

I definitely won't be playing you any of my solo stuff lol

    Never would have guessed...

That's definitely more my realm of singing. Used to know quite a few from civil war reenacting, but that has also fallen victim to years and brain capacity

Our beloved national anthem is to the tune of a pub drinking song. Just imagine being really drunk and getting to the high part and everybody is basically shouting lol

Not to change the topic on everyone but this south texas boy learned from a lot from people about driving on ice today. Keep it in 4H when there is ice on the road. Unfortunately it was costly. I'll find out Monday what the damage is. Drove straight when it was loaded on the tow truck but we shall see. If the frame ain't bent I'm happy.

Oooh man, glad you're ok. Those guardrails can be mean.

I slid off the road once in iowa in the nissan once. Didn't hit anything, but sure taught me to slow the hell down when it *might* be slick.

Yea... I actually spun twice. Once in Kearney but just slid down the middle okay then just before Lathrop but wasn't so lucky. Lots of people telling me I should've kept it in 4H but is just a tad bit of a foreign thing to me. Being in the south it was strongly advised against doing that but then again we didn't deal with ice. Tells me why they say ice may be on the bridges. Damage doesn't seem bad all things considered. I'm at least trying to be optimistic.

Hey, it's good that you're okay. How are you feeling? If you are impact sore, you won't really find out until tomorrow.

Yeah it looks like you got out of it pretty easy really, no real body damage and stayed rubber side down.

I don't really buy that 4x4 would have helped. It might have helped pull you straight, or it might have pulled you harder in the wrong direction once the truck went askew.

Ouch! As already said, glad you seem to be okay. Keep us posted on yourself and the truck. Winter driving can be a bit of a learning curve. I'm sure most of us have at least a story or two.

@M37r1c Unfortunately, we can't turn back time and give you snow pointers, but you aren't the only person that misjudged how slippery the roads were today from what I saw. And you get a pass because TEXAS.

I’ll run 4H when its icy. The back of the truck is pretty light so its easy to hit a slick spot and kick out the rear end.

I was out driving today and the roads are awful around here. Drove 35-50 mph instead of the usual 55-70

I was down in north Texas one time when it snowed. They just closed down everything for an inch or two of snow until it all melted. It was crazy.
