I'm not making it to the lafayette game. Went to the NDSU game, stadium looks awesome, but was pretty disappointed in the game.

I plan on heading out there the weekend of Oct 12~13, be on vaca and have that weekend requested off. Much needed R&R. Same as Colin 2 hrs away.

Colin, if your still around that weekend would like to hook up again. Seen the pics of the new shoes and fender cuts. Looking good!

Your welcome, Colin. Hope they keep ya here till at least after that weekend. Would like to see all the new features you've added since July. Although, I figure your probable ready to move on by now. Kansas weather sucks in Aug & Sept lots of humidity. Oct isn't bad, starts cooling off, trees change colors. Fall starts to set in. Anyway, keep me posted if you can make it. As far as I know I'm approved off Oct 7~16. I'll check again tomorrow.
I've already checked twice now and the 2nd time some dweeb manager had changed it for some stupid reason, cut me down to the 10th~14th. My boss changed it back.

having lived in FL for 5 years, i'm loving this weather. worked outside all weekend, and didn't realize how hot it actually was until glanced down at the weahter ticker on my phone.

I'm enjoying my time here, so i wouldn't mind at all if they extended my stay at this office.

I've been to Florida once in my life. Ft Meyers. Flew in there Feb '02 for a 2 week stay on North Captiva Island. The weather that time of year was awesome! Mid 80s. No cars only golf carts on the island. I heard it gets really humid there during mid to late summer. The heat doesn't bother me much it's the humidity that gets me. Just hate taking a shower and drying off just to walk outside and have another shower sweating. Since I work with fire at work I laugh at people complaining it's hot out. It runs about 130°~140° where I work during the summer. Just glad we have coolers I can run into to cool off. I usually dunk my head alot too. Winter about 90° so nice and toasty.

Glad your enjoying your time here. Lots to see & do, if they send you to Colorado go at night, nothing to see on I-70 all flat prairie, boring drive and seems to take longer during the day than at night. By the time the sun comes up you'll start seeing mountains.

That would be my old truck. Hopefully the guy treats it well. There's been some regret of selling it. I have a 4runner to build for some light duty trails now.
