The problem is I can't locate the thing to cut or disconnect which is why I created the post to have someone help me locate it :)

All installers work differently and there is no standardized way units are integrated to your vehicle.

I'll bet they never installed it. You're not seeing anything like the pics above? Plastic box with a bunch of piggy-backed connectors? It should be fairly easy to see the factory installed wiring.. and anything that was added on at a later date

Tell them you want a tutorial of how to use the alarm and you want to visually see where it is

If they didn’t install it yet, the alarm is part of your due bill contract which will be installed on a later date.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Have them show you where it is and it better f’n be there.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but on mine there is blue LED something beneath the steering wheel.

If dealer gives you no satisfaction, take it to a car stereo/alarm shop. I'm disabled so I'm unable to crawl around under dash looking for it. They found it in 5 minutes & had it out in 15 minutes. I think it cost me $80 to have them remove it.
This is the 3rd Toyota I've had the Karr alarm removed from. They also removed it from my 2009 Tacoma & my 2014 Avalon. All of them had battery issues until it was removed. The 2009 had starter issues that would leave me stranded over & over. Damn dealer even sold me a new starter after having it towed in. 2 days later, no start. 80 bucks for peace of mind was a bargain.

I doubt anyone at the dealer would care .. but I'd be super pissed about somebody splicing into factory wiring on a brand new truck. Those piggyback connectors can cut into the wiring and damage it, leading to electrical gremlins down the road. It's like, keep your grubby little hands off my brand new truck

A car dealer LIED to you?! I'm shocked!! SHOCKED I SAY!! This is why everyone should research before buying. There are lots of car buying videos online that expose the tactics ripoff dealers use and there's always forums like this where you'll get more advice than you need to at least be able to spot those ultra rare (lol) dealers that lie to their customers to get more free money. As I said in another post, I never buy from any dealer that installs any electronic device. Period. They've just damaged a brand new car. And forty years ago when I fell for that, it left me stranded when the device disintegrated on it's own. Since then, never again. Those electronic devices of any kind are the biggest rip offs and money makers for the dealership. Around here most dealers also add green valve caps and claim you have 100% nitrogen in your tires (you don't), door edge guards, door handle cup film, locking lug nuts, window tint, pinstripes, some even pump some aftermarket chemical in the A/C to supposedly make it put out cooler air, stuff that may void the warranty (I called corporate one time to check). They will add $2k to $4k in free money for themselves. I haven't paid for anything more than window tint for decades of car buying and I negotiate additional discounts. BTW, I wasted five years of my life in a management position at a large dealership. Don't trust any of them. They are not your friend. They just run a script on you to pretend to be your friend. I bust out laughing every time I hear someone say "I had a good salesman, he really worked hard for me to get me a good deal".

Never pay a dime for any dealer installed trash. Security systems, ceramic coatings, wraps, window etching, etc. All of that junk is 100% profit and they will all negotiate it away for a sale at the end of the month. Just tell them "I'm not paying for that" and more often than not they will agree.

I have bought many Toyota products, and have never paid for an aftermarket security system. Sounds like the dealer got one over on you.
